INGREDIENTS:
- Oatmeal - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Banana - 1/2
- Blueberry - 1/4 cup
- Cashews - 10
- Sliced almonds - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION:
- Take oatmeal in a bowl.
- Add water and microwave for 2 minutes. (If you cook on stove top place oatmeal and water in a pan, bring to boil and simmer it stirring until it gets cooked. Let not the water dry up).
- Slice the banana and add on top. Also add the blueberries.
- Add the nuts. Healthy breakfast ready to go.
