Bitter Melon Fry recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Bitter melon - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
PREPARATION:
  1. Wash and make thin slices of the bitter melon.
  2. Make thin round slices.
  3. Sprinkle salt to taste.
    Mix well.
  4. Pour oil in a hot pan. Once the oil is heated. Drop the bitter melon slices.
  5. Cook turning them until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil.
  7. Do this to the remaining slices. Once all the slices are fried, add the chili powder and mix well.
