INGREDIENTS:
- Bitter melon - 1
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon
- Oil - 1/2 cup
PREPARATION:
- Wash and make thin slices of the bitter melon.
- Make thin round slices.
- Sprinkle salt to taste. Mix well.
- Pour oil in a hot pan. Once the oil is heated. Drop the bitter melon slices.
- Cook turning them until golden brown.
- Remove from oil.
- Do this to the remaining slices. Once all the slices are fried, add the chili powder and mix well.
