INGREDIENTS:
- Broccoli - 1 bunch
 - Garlic - 2 pods (crushed)
 - Crushed Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Water - 1/4 cup
 - Oil - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Salt
 
PREPARATION:
- Wash and cut broccoli into medium sized florets.
 - Heat a pan. Pour oil.And add the crushed garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
 - Add broccoli. Pour 1/4 cup water and salt to taste.
 - Reduce heat and cook in low flame sauteing occasionally for 8 minutes.
 - Add the crushed pepper and mix well.
