INGREDIENTS:
- Cilantro - 2 bunches
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green chili - 1
- Garlic - 3 pods
- Ginger - a small piece
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1/2 tsp
- Water
PREPARATION:
- Rinse the cilantro well. Hold them together and chop them twice.
- Wash and peel the skin of the ginger.
- Chop the chili, garlic and ginger.
- Pour oil in a hot pan. Drop the cilantro in the pan and saute for a minute.
- Turn off the stove. Transfer the cilantro to a blender. Add green chili, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, salt and grind into a fine paste adding little water.
- Transfer to a bowl. Serve with dosa, idly, samosas.
