INGREDIENTS:
- Skin of 2 ridge gourds
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
- Shallot - 1
- Garlic - 1 pod
- Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chili-1
PREPARATION:
- Wash and peel the skin of 2 ridge gourd.
- Pour oil in a hot pan. Drop the peeled skin and mix well.
- Add shallot and garlic and saute. Add cumin seeds. Mix well.
- Add grated coconut and mix well.
- Add sesame seeds and saute for a minute. Remove from flame.
- Grind adding salt to taste in a mixer or blender.
- Pour in a bowl. Goes well with dosa, idly.
