Buttermilk recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Curd - 6 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger - small piece
  • Green chili - 1/2
  • Curry leaf - 1
  • Cilantro - 1
PREPARATION:
  1. Chop the ginger, green chili, curry leaf and cilantro finely.
  2. Take curd in a bowl
    and whisk with a wire whisk.
  3. Add water and mix well.
  4. Add the ginger and green chili. Mix well and add salt to taste.
  5. Pour in a glass and garnish with curry leaves and cilantro.
    Add 2 ice cubes.
    Cool.
