INGREDIENTS:
- Curd - 6 tablespoon
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ginger - small piece
- Green chili - 1/2
- Curry leaf - 1
- Cilantro - 1
PREPARATION:
- Chop the ginger, green chili, curry leaf and cilantro finely.
- Take curd in a bowl
and whisk with a wire whisk.
- Add water and mix well.
- Add the ginger and green chili. Mix well and add salt to taste.
- Pour in a glass and garnish with curry leaves and cilantro.
Add 2 ice cubes.
Cool.
