Raita recipe



INGREDIENTS:
  • Onion (small) - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • Curd or plain yogurt - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White or black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
PREPARATION:
  1. Grate the carrot, cut the tomato and onions into small pieces.
  2. Place the onions, tomato and grated carrot in a bowl.
  3. Add curd or yogurt.
    Mix and add salt to taste.
  4. Add pepper and mix well. Can have with biryani, pulao, ghee rice.
