INGREDIENTS:
- Tuna - 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Sandwich bread
- Cheddar Cheese slices
- Tomato - 1
- Lettuce - 1 leaf
- Avocado - 1
PREPARATION:
- Clean and cook the tuna in water adding salt.
- Heat tawa and place the cooked tuna on it. Spread it on the tawa.
- Let it get heated in medium heat. Turn over the tuna and cook.
- Add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well.
- Cut the bread in the center and make halves.
- Scoop necessary amount of tuna and place on the bread.
- Place the cheese slices on top.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato slices. Layer with scooped avocado slices.
- Spread little mayonnaise and mustard on the top half of the bread. Cover it and enjoy.
